JOB OVERVIEW
Bruce Culver's State Farm Insurance Agency located in Westminster, MD is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Bruce Culver you will market and sell State Farm Insurance products and services while providing exemplary service to clients. Develop your personal and professional acumen while working toward an Agency ownership opportunity if desired.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Meet sales goals developed in conjunction with the Agent.
-Contact prospects and current policyholders to schedule Insurance and Financial Reviews and product specific / sales appointments.
-Conduct needs based sales interviews in and out of the Agent's office supported by technology
-Actively participate in all office marketing initiatives including community outreach and business networking and utilize them as a basis for establishing sales opportunities.
-Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service and utilize it as a basis for establishing a sales opportunity.
-As directed by the Agent, work with Agent's computer system to update client information in customer databases.
-Prepare forms, policies, and endorsements when required.
-Successfully complete all company, state, and federal requirements (licenses) to sell and service designated State Farm products and continue to be licensed in good standing as required.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
